General Information
S00969 (Storm Water Drainage Asset)
This project was initially going to raise the elevation of the existing bike path crossing over Carmel creek to mitigate flooding and stagnant water for health and safety concerns. It was determined this solution was not treating the underlying issue in the area which was the stormwater management. TetraTech conducted an assessment in 2011 which had four proposed solutions - one of which will be assessed in a Preliminary Design Report by HDR.
