The project involves the replacement of chillers, the three existing primary water pumps with four new pumps. It also includes the modification/expansion of the existing chilled water system enclosure walls to accommodate the new equipment and all necessary piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls as required by the cooling water system chillers upgrades and extending the existing concrete pad (6'wide X 55'long X 1' thick) and a new sidewalk (5' wide X 78' long). No ADA.
