Replace the existing deteriorated and underground Lakeside Valve Station with a new valve station. Relocate the new station above ground by demolishing the onsite out-of-service Lakeside Pump Station and adjacent out-of-service keeper's house. Build a new valve station and building at the location of the existing pump station.
