As part of the Pure Water Program implementation, the North City Water Reclamation Plant will be expanded so that the facility can treat an average annual flow of 52 millions gallons per day. As part of the plant expansion, a new Flow Equalization Basin will be constructed to expand the capacity of the primary effluent storage.
