There is suspected polyurethane coating failure in the upper section of the San Vicente Dam Low Level Outlet (LLO). The scope of the project is to inspect and perform repairs on the upper section of the San Vicente Dam LLO, which includes the installation of the double isolation (a bulkhead with the existing gate) system in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations in order to perform the inspection and repairs.
