The Miramar Reservoir Recreation Facility float access and ramp retrofit is needed to accommodate the increase in the Miramar Reservoir high water level once the expanded Miramar Water Treatment Plant (WTP) begins operations for the Pure Water Phase 1 system. The Miramar Reservoir currently has an average water level Of EL 706-feet. When Pure Water Phase 1 begins operations, the proposed/improved Miramar WTP will discharge effluent to increase the water level to EL 712-feet
