The North Miramar Landfill Organics Processing Facility (OPF) is a project within the jurisdiction of the City of San Diego, California. The project receives green waste from the community, processes the waste, and turns the waste into compost. The facility consists two parts, the Compost Pad and the Intake Facility. The Compost Pad sits on top of a capped landfill and the Intake Facility (25,000 sqf) sits adjacent to the capped landfill. This memo pertains to storm water quality for the Intake
