S12016 (Water Asset)
This project consists of replacing approximately 5.2 miles of deteriorated steel, cast iron and asbestos cement transmission mains for the Otay 1st and Otay 2nd pipelines located in the communities of City Heights and Greater North Park. These improvements will improve service pressure and eliminate leaks. The project will also update pedestrian curb ramps to the latest standards.
