The Project consists of eliminating the northbound parking lane and expanding the easterly sidewalk by approximately 14 feet with additional landscape elements, site amenities, and storm water improvements. Civic San Diego will construct the Project pursuant to a Compensation Agreement under its existing Operating Agreement with the City.
