The Otay 2nd Pipeline Phase I will relocate and replace approximately 0.9 mile of existing 36-inch water transmission pipeline with new 48-inch water transmission pipeline on Woodman St. between Imperial Ave and Skyline Dr. and abandon approximately 2,200 LF of the existing 36-inch Otay 2nd Pipeline located in non-accessible areas west of Imperial Ave. Also, it will relocate the existing Pressure Regulating Valve from the Imperial Ave median to the easement south of Imperial Ave and 65th St.
