This WBS provides for the installation of the multi-use treatment area (MUTA) on Streamview Drive between 55th Street and 54th Street, which will drastically aid in improving the water quality within Chollas Creek by reducing the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) within this watershed. The MUTA will consist of a diversion structure, pretreatment structure, detention vault, and a filtration vault.
