Project Description:
The scope of work is to hire a consultant to perform planning and prepare a General Development Plan ﴾GDP﴿.
This project provides for the GDP for an existing approximately 8‐acre neighborhood park. There are 4 existing baseball fields that are being used and maintained by Presidio Little League.
GDP to be developed including but not limited to the following:
• Batting Cage
• Dug Out
• Sports Field Lighting
• Score Boards
• Hard Courts ﴾Basketball/Pickleball﴿
• Concession Stand
• Storage Equipmen
